個人簡介

劉芳超,研究員,博士生導師。主要從事心血管疾病流行病學和精準預防研究。以第一/通訊作者(含共同)在Circulation、J Am Coll Cardiol等期刊發表論文30余篇,獲得國自然優青、國家重大科技專項課題、國自然面上、北自然重點等項目資助。研究成果被納入10余部國內外指南共識,獲評2023年度中國重要醫學進展。現任中華預防醫學會心臟病預防與控制專業委員會委員兼副秘書長、中國心胸血管外科學會精準醫學分會常委、Fundamental Research和Biomedical and Environmental Sciences編委等社會任職。


主要研究內容

主要從事心血管疾病流行病學及精準預防研究。創建首個國人個體化心血管疾病終生風險預測模型和融合多基因評分的精準風險分層方案,形成評估工具和試劑盒;首次揭示大氣污染對心血管系統的危害始于妊娠之前,發現了心血管疾病發病風險快速攀升的濃度拐點;揭示生活方式和環境因素對人群健康影響的異質性,提出人群精準預防策略。研究成果提供了心血管疾病防控的本土證據,建立了高危人群識別的新方法,促進了精準預防新策略的優化。
