鄧敏,研究員,博士生導師,中國醫學科學院腫瘤醫院放療科放射生物室主任,分子腫瘤學全國重點實驗室研究員,中華醫學會腫瘤放射治療分會生物學組委員。
      院校引進人才,2021年加入中國醫學科學院腫瘤醫院。2011-2021年在Mayo Clinic從事DNA損失應答相關研究,歷任Research fellow,Research Associate和Assistant professor。長期從事DNA損傷應答與腫瘤治療機制研究,主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、“2030四大慢病”國家科技重大項目子課題等。已在Trends in Cell Biology、Molecular Cell、Nature Communications、Science Advances等期刊發表論文三十余篇,被引2600余次,授權國際專利3項。
長期從事DNA損傷應答(DDR)信號通路及其在腫瘤放化療和免疫治療中的作用機制研究。重點關注腫瘤細胞DNA修復、代謝重編程與免疫微環境間的相互調控,系統解析放射抗性與治療敏感性的分子基礎。相關成果發表于Trends in Cell Biology、Molecular Cell、Cancer Research、Science Advances、Nature Communications等國際高影響力期刊,提出多條具有創新性的信號通路模型,為精準放療及放射免疫聯合治療提供了重要理論依據和潛在干預靶點。
