黃粵,1973年生,分子遺傳學(xué)與干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)家,基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1994年在吉林大學(xué)獲分子生物學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;1997年在中山大學(xué)獲分子遺傳學(xué)碩士學(xué)位; 2000年在中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)獲生化與分子生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。留校在生化系工作,任助理研究員,主要從事成簇基因表達(dá)調(diào)控機(jī)制研究。2004年赴英國劍橋Sanger研究所進(jìn)行博士后研究,主要從事基因純合突變體文庫構(gòu)建和功能遺傳篩選。2009年回國在醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)系工作至今,2010年升為研究員。
利用多能干細(xì)胞和動(dòng)物模型研究干細(xì)胞分化、個(gè)體發(fā)育和腫瘤形成過程中的內(nèi)在分子機(jī)制,同時(shí)開展遺傳病基因治療的研究。近期在基于單倍體干細(xì)胞的功能遺傳篩選、異倍體促進(jìn)腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展及轉(zhuǎn)移,等方面取得重要進(jìn)展。
