陳堅,高級研究員,博士生導師,2003年本科畢業于北京大學生命科學學院生物科學專業,2011年取得美國德克薩斯大學西南醫學中心遺傳與發育學博士學位,2011年至2014年,在OriGene Technologies抗體部擔任研發總監,2014年至2019年,在蘇州大學功能納米與軟物質研究院任特聘教授,2019年7月加入北京腦科學與類腦研究所,現任高級研究員,2022年兼任昌平實驗室領銜科學家,2024年7月加入中國醫學科學院北京腦和類腦研究院/北京協和醫學院腦和類腦學院,現任準聘副教授。獲得國家重點研發計劃和國家自然科學基金等項目資助。
主要從事于神經系統腫瘤和腫瘤遺傳學相關研究。發現免疫抑制中性粒細胞及其作用; 驗證“腫瘤干細胞模型”并提供治療靶點證據; 證明惡性膠質瘤來源于神經干/祖細胞; 揭示基因促骨肉瘤轉移機制及治療方案,拓展NF1在小腦發育中的新作用與治療思路,先后在Nature、Cell、Cancer Cell、Nature Cell Biology等國際期刊發表論文40余篇,論文他引超過8300次,h-index 26(Google scholar),學術成果入選科學網評選的“2012年世界十大科技突破”。
